Build a Faster, Stronger, More Confident Athlete

A focused 8-week performance training program built specifically for athletes ages 11–13 middle school and ages 14-18 high school ready to level up this season. Here's what we develop:

Sean Ruff is the founder and head performance coach at Ruff Sports Performance. A PE teacher by trade and a certified performance specialist, Sean blends classroom-tested teaching with elite training systems to help young athletes move faster, train smarter, and compete with confidence. His approach is built on fundamentals clean sprint mechanics, efficient movement, and progressive strength delivered in a structured, encouraging environment where every athlete is coached as an individual.
